My approach is warm and curious, and I have a direct and interactive style. We'll uncover challenges, we'll identify your strengths, and we'll empower you to live the life you want as the most authentic version of yourself. Whatever you've been through, wherever you are, I am here for you. I'm fluent in American Sign Language and able to provide services for deaf and hard of hearing.

Scherri Scott, AMFT

It is often said that the only constant is change. We face a myriad of stressors in our personal and professional lives that often leave us feeling depleted and resigned. This can be due to our reliance on existing strategies and coping mechanisms we’ve adopted along our journey. And while there may be a level of comfort in doing things as we’ve always done them, continuing this practice can leave us in a continual loop of dissatisfaction.

I believe that a better quality of life can be attained by identifying the themes that repeat in our lives and considering the possibility that there may be more effective ways to work through our challenges. I see my role as that of a non-judgmental partner for those who are willing to explore ways of viewing their circumstances through a different lens.

Let’s embark on this journey together!
