I am here to support you! You deserve to live a life that leaves you excited to wake up every morning. We all face challenges and may experience unexpected life events that have the capacity to set us back. Difficult emotions can be challenging to manage and can interfere with a variety of aspects of a person's life. I will help you to alleviate unwanted symptoms to improve functioning, improve interaction patterns, and help to understand and resolve challenges. Whether you are seeking extra support through a challenging situation or are looking to head in a new direction, I look forward to collaborating with you on your goals.


Justina Perea, AMFT

Hello I'm Justina - and I'm glad you're here. I honor and respect the vulnerability and self-awareness it takes to realize you're struggling. Because of that, I am committed to creating a space free of judgment, is culturally aware, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and safe for everyone. My approach is warm and curious, and I have a direct and interactive style. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic models and interventions, ensuring support is tailored to the individuality of the client. Together, we'll embark on the exploration of your journey - connecting early childhood relationships with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influencing your current experiences. We'll uncover challenges, we'll identify your strengths, and we'll empower you to live the life you want as the most authentic version of yourself. Whatever you've been through, wherever you are, I am here for you. I'm fluent in American Sign Language and able to provide services for deaf and hard of hearing.

Welcome! My name is Sukhpreet Kaur, I am an APCC, and I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe that we are the key to our own healing, therefore it is important to me to hold a space for you that is safe, collaborative, and empowering for healing and exploration. I have experience in working with individuals with a variety of challenges that include trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, emotional challenges, attachment issues, and substance use. With my multicultural experience, diverse education, and as a POC I am passionate to serve individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. Looking forward to beginning your journey towards healing. Emily Ward, AMFT, Virtual only 

Hello there, I’m Emily! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I was born and raised in Napa, CA. I attended Sonoma State University and graduated with a BA in Psychology in 2013. I have been working in the counseling and therapy field since 2013 as a residential counselor and crisis stabilization counselor. In 2021, I graduated with a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and have been working as a therapist ever since.

I have experience with children, teens, young adults, individuals, families, and couples, as well as a history of working with the LGBTQ+ community and diverse populations. My favorite populations to work with are couples, young adults, and individuals. I love having an opportunity to see the changes that people make in their lives and their ability to change their lives for the better.  I love working with neurodivergent clients as well as the LGBTQ community. My client work has included those dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, adjusting to life changes, and mood disorders.

My goal as a therapist is to create a place where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I use the time in sessions to focus on you and what you have going on, while also helping you to find solutions in how to deal with it all. I understand that life can sometimes be challenging and sometimes you need someone that will just listen and be there for you. I aim to provide a safe space for you to help you grow and meet your goals. I tend to use person focused, solution focused, and CBT, but grab from a variety of psychological theories. I also enjoy doing inner child work with my clients, as well as using CPT and EMDR. I hope to create an environment where you feel welcome and comfortable. Often clients tell me that I feel like a gentle and warm best friend that challenges them when they need to be challenged. I look forward to meeting you and working with you! 


Scherri Scott, AMFT

It is often said that the only constant is change. We face a myriad of stressors in our personal and professional lives that often leave us feeling depleted and resigned. This can be due to our reliance on existing strategies and coping mechanisms we’ve adopted along our journey. And while there may be a level of comfort in doing things as we’ve always done them, continuing this practice can leave us in a continual loop of dissatisfaction.

I believe that a better quality of life can be attained by identifying the themes that repeat in our lives and considering the possibility that there may be more effective ways to work through our challenges. I see my role as that of a non-judgmental partner for those who are willing to explore ways of viewing their circumstances through a different lens.
